- Guests who cancel their Late Check-out request 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-out time will receive a full refund of the Late Check-out fee.

- Guests who cancel their Late Check-out request 12-23 hours before the scheduled check-out time will receive a 50% refund of the Late Check-out fee.
